CHEF BRIAN GIORDANO

Born and raised in Levittown, New York, Brian Giordano aka Chef Gio has over 20 years of culinary experience. Brian was inspired by his Grandmother Jean’s Italian influences and Sunday dinners. At the age of 22, Chef Gio was the youngest Chef to receive a Chef’s Coat on the West Coast while working on the Queen Mary, in 12 different kitchens with chefs from all over the world.

 

Chef Gio’s culinary experience includes 3 years in Mexico, 2 years in Germany, and a year in Australia. Coast to coast grand openings includes Brixx and Barley and Patio Del Sol in Long Beach, CA as well as Prato 850 and Oakdale Brew House in Long Island, NY.
 

Chef Gio has also competed in food shows across the United States. Brian’s passion for food inspires him to create award-winning dishes by incorporating Italian, Spanish, and Asian fusions.
